Creative sequencing, welcoming and fun
how has yoga made a difference in your life?
I found yoga while I was in the midst of struggling with anxiety and PTSD. It was the first time in a while that I was able to find one hour where I could be completely and totally in my body. Since then, yoga has been a guiding light in my mental health journey, personal life and career. I wouldn’t be who or where I am today without it.
