Slow Flow

Foundation of Flow

Come curious to meet the practice as it meets you and explore the roots of breath and mind/body connection. This slower paced version of our flow class includes pose breakdowns, longer holds and will arm you with everything you need for your lifelong practice. Soulful sounds and world music add a soothing layer. 85 degrees.

Sculpt

Flow with Weights

Find your strength and stillness in this dynamic, high energy class. Rooted in the grounding traditions of yoga, Sculpt weaves together mindful movement with the challenge of light weights to build full body strength and endurance. Elements of Pilates, strength training and low impact cardio make this class a great complement to your yoga practice. The heated room promotes a healthy sweat and warm muscles, while the playlist inspires you to move. Class winds down with a sweet stretch and calming savasana to find balance. New to yoga? We recommend starting with a Flow class to build a strong foundation.
