Kaylie Daniels

I discovered yoga during high school after years of suffering with an eating disorder, anxiety & depression. Yoga reconnected me to my body unlike anything I had experienced before, and I knew that it was my calling right away. Instead of pursuing a traditional education and career, I traveled to Hawaii after graduating HS, where my yoga practice really took off. By age 21, I was a certified teacher and leading weekly classes. Since then, I’ve taken many other forms of trainings (pilates, barre, strength) to inform my teaching. I love all forms of movement and believe that together, they allow us to achieve balance & harmony in the body. I am immensely grateful to have spent the past 9 years doing what I truly love, and I’m so excited to practice with you!
